What the site does not collect

The site has no customer account, no form that sends data, no newsletter, no audience measurement and no advertising. The “Made to order” calculator runs in your browser and transmits nothing.

Technical logs and security

On each visit, the server (hosted by OVH, in France) and the Wordfence security plugin record technical information: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type.

This information is used to protect the site and keep it running (DUPO’s legitimate interest) and is kept for 12 months at most. Wordfence (Defiant Inc., United States) may send its publisher information about attack attempts, including the attacker’s IP address.

Cookies

The site sets a single cookie, “pll_language”, which remembers your chosen language for one year. It is needed for the site to work and therefore does not require your consent.

The plan on the Info and directions page is a drawing built into the site: it loads nothing from an outside service. The Directions and Google Maps links open Google’s website, which is governed by its privacy policy.

Phone orders

For an order, especially an item made to order, DUPO writes down your name and phone number to prepare it and contact you if needed. This information is used only for that order, shared with no one, and deleted once the order has been collected and paid.

Recipients

The information is only accessible to DUPO and, for hosting the site, to OVH, in France. It is never sold or rented.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to DUPO, 4 rue des Chalands, 77600 Bussy-Saint-Georges, with a copy of an identity document. You will receive a reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.
